The evaluator shares his feedback a little after the prepared speeches, thereby making the meeting more efficient, leaving no time for conversational digression. While this approach does no real harm it also does no good. Again, this evaluation offers nothing to help the speaker grow and may, in fact, discourage further growth. Evaluations are the way we help each other, and ourselves, learn.
