I got a hint about this book from Sudha Murty’s own book ‘Wise and Otherwise’ as a part of one of her stories. Refresh and try again. On the last day of his stay, when Satya talks about not marrying the person one loves, Anu relates her story to him and tells him that occasional failure makes an individual more mature.
He is the son of a Sanskrit teacher so his love for the language increases his familiarity with Anu. I Started this book as a leisure read, but as pages passed,i realised this,was not just a pageturner.
Me, my mahasshweta and my grandmother, all three of us have had the pleasure of reading this book. Sad reality, but love Anupama’s courage and belief in herself. There are a lot of stories that revolve around the diseases like cancer, color blindness and so much more but I feel that this book is contrary. Anand went to abroad for further study. Her mother-in-law kno about this, sent Murrty to her father house. Anupama looked into the mirror and shivered with shock.
